Indications: It is
indicated as a coadjuvant in the treatment of pyodermatites caused by
microorganisms sensitive to Chlorhexine. It is
recommended for cases of irritated and sensitized skin, as it acts smoothly and
does not interfere or delay healing. Chlorhexidine
rarely causes hypersensitivity reactions, is not inactive by organic materials
and has a high residual effect.
Posology and method of administration: Wet
the animal's hair with water, gently massage the shampoo into the entire coat
of the animal. Let
stand for 5 minutes and remove the shampoo with water. Applications
should be made once or twice a week, for 4 weeks, until full control of
symptoms. In order to avoid relapses. Shampoo
should be used (after symptom control) once a month as maintenance therapy.
