Exchange Policy

* The exchanges of articles are only available for the territory of Portugal (Madeira and the Azores included).

Marketforpet accepts exchanges / returns within 30 days of receipt of the order, provided that the items: - have not been used; - they are not personalized; - have original label; - they are in perfect conditions of sale, in the original packaging (if it exists). The costs of transportation of exchanges / returns are the responsibility of the customer.

In case the exchange / return is caused by an error of delivery from Marketforpet, the customer must contact us in order to proceed with the marking of the collection of the article, thus assuming to Marketforpet all the exchange / return charges.
However, the shipment of the replacement article (s) to the customer follows the norms of the Shipping Orders of a normal purchase.
The customer must always keep the proof of delivery since, until we receive the item (s) in our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the customer.

Marketforpet is not responsible for lost or delayed items in the customer's transportation to our warehouse.
In case of an exchange for an item of lower value, Marketforpet undertakes to return the value of the difference (excluding shipping costs).
In case of return of the order, only the value of the article (s) is refunded, thus excluding the value of the shipping costs.
The transfer of the refund amount will be made within a maximum period of 10 business days after receiving the order in the Customer Support of our company. The date on which the amount transferred will be available in the customer's account depends on the bank's banking institution.
